New Blu-ray, CD, DVD, and PS3 releases for the month of October that seem interesting to me for one or more reasons. If something is too special to come out on a Tuesday like everything else, it's getting lumped in with the next Tuesday in the list.

Akimbo - Jersey Shores
- Got pushed back over a month. Piss.
10/7: It's pretty good, though it tends to drag on towards the end of the songs where they are just jamming over the same riff seemingly endlessly.
This CD/DVD set includes over 2 hours of live performances spanning the globe, including footage from With Full Force, Download and Rock In Rio. In addition, bonus tracks including covers of Metallica's "Battery" and Iron Maiden's "Hallowed Be Thy Name".MF Doom - Born Into This
