There is a LOT of not-so-crazy songs on here. Usually when I listen to Slipknot, I am expecting to relieve myself of some stress through listening to something that sounds like what I would like to do the bodies of innocent bystanders. But with this album, I would have to skip quite a few tracks to do that. The other songs are good, if you're not looking for something aggressive. There are some acoustic songs, the vocalist actually sings on them as well. Those songs sound somewhat Stone Sour inspired. My favorite track is Pulse of the Maggots (track 9). There are actual guitar solos on here too. Corn huskers are crazy.
